Its similac baby journal. It lets you track feedings (breast - side, time, if both sides were used, how long, bottle - amnt and time, and pumping - amnt and time) sleeping (if you laid baby down while awake or not, etc), and diapers (#1, #2, #1/2, if it leaked or not, consistency, etc). It tracks everything, and takes your info to suggest next feed time and such. Its great! Just thought i would pass it on! </p>
