I know a week ago she said she had it sitting in her car but not installed then they went on vacation so that could be the case too. I didn't ask. </p> <p>My SIL doesn't put our nephew in his carseat correctly and actually put a pic on Instagram of him in his carseat. She got chewed out by a bunch of strangers. I have told her and my MIL that it was incorrect too. I'm not sure the recline requirements... I glanced at it last night and didn't look reclined and looked a little weird. Plus LOs cousin is taller than him so I think the straps will probably be too high for LO. There is no real reason for him to ride with her though.
