He didn't have a cold and he didn't have a fever. DD woke up with crusty green eyes one morning that continued to be pink and very watery &amp; mucus producing. It's mucus as a result from an eye cold. Wipe her eye gently with a warm washcloth to open the ducts and if you can get a Perscription for antibiotic ointment it helps alot, my sister is an optometrist so she was able to diagnose and call in a Perscription for DD right away. Kind of yellowish. We called the advice nurse who said it was an eye infection that commonly comes with colds. We took them to the pediatrician and she said it was a common eye infection. It reminds me of a time when I left a contact lense in over night and how my eye looked the next day.... It has been watery all day and a little red, but not much.... do you think it's part of the cold? Should I be worried? She has a doctor's appointment on Friday anyway so would I be irresponsible leaving it until then.... </p>
