Mostly clench. My dentist just recommended a mouth guard because he said I'm clenching so hard that I'm wearing down my gums, and if it goes uncorrected it could actually change the shape of my face! Unfortunately, the mouth guard is not covered by insurance ($396), but they offered a "cheaper" one that is $200.
