@mrs. wagon: So glad all is well!!
I had pulled my groin with my second pregnancy just because of stretching so fast and much and had to wear a belly band to lift pressure off my pelvis so I totally understand what you are going through.
If you don't have one try to get a belly band. It will really help.

Hi everyone! So I'm back from my appointment and everything is fine. The baby just happens to be head down right now, and not super high, so I think that is just adding to the discomfort down there. But I'm measuring perfectly and my cervix is closed, and she sent me for an ultrasound just in case, where I learned that the baby is just fine (and definitely still a girl, haha) and measuring perfectly. And my fluid levels are fine.

All of the growing pains are definitely more severe this time around...!! And for some reason I thought they'd be better! I'm just glad I went just to have the peace of mind, and I got the cutest picture of Lil Miss Wagon's face. She's already got chubby cheeks...!! Well, probably not, but the picture makes it look like it ;)

You guys are all so sweet... I love my Hellobee family :)

In general, second pregnancies involve more growing pains than the first... and in timeline comparisons, pains are felt earlier on, too. Hang in there!

Yep, I've got the groin pain too. Worst when I've been sitting a long time and stand up, or turning in bed. It's gotten worse in the past few weeks (I'm 37 wks) and I've noticed less rib pain so I'm assuming she's dropping down. Good luck w your exam....I'm sure everything is fine since you've been feeling her move. =)

If by groin pain you mean pain in your pelvis, then it could be that the baby has dropped lower. i had bad pelvic pain after week 30, the baby was really low and put a lot of pressure on my hips

@mrs. wagon: good luck with your exam. I am sure everything is fine. As for the groin pain? Oh, oh it's so horrible. It is absolutely excruciating when trying to roll over in bed or getting out of bed. Also bad after sitting for extended periods of time. Sounds like it's a good thing, for you, just to see the OB about it anyways.

I've been having some mild groin pain with this pregnancy, and last night when I got up to go to the bathroom the pain was almost unbearable. When I woke up this morning my bump was smaller and lower than usual. It could just be in my head?? I haven't noticed any trickle of fluid, but it could be gradual...?? Anyway, I spoke to a nurse and she said I could just be carrying lower now at this point (I'm 28 weeks) but I should just come in and get checked just in case. My OBGYN is right around the corner from my work so it's so convenient to just go in during my lunch break.

I'm just a little worried, but I'm sure it's just the progression of the pregnancy since I'm entering third trimester... and I have a feeling that since it's a girl, the hormones this time around are just different and causing me tenderness down there...? I don't remember this specific pain with Wagon Jr.

Ok I just looked down and tried to suck in my stomach and it went almost all the way in. My bump is definitely smaller and/or different!

I have felt plenty of kicks from Lil Miss Wagon this morning so I'm not totally alarmed. I'll let you guys know what happens after my appt (1:15pm EST)!
