Our almost 4 year old seems to be growing steadily. Then one day, you notice how tall he is and then clothes don't fit. We're close to doing the 5Ts and size 5/6. Since he's a bit lanky, we're holding firm in 5T undies. He wore his 3-4T for almost 2 years.

The infant/toddler grows similar to his brother. He chunks out and then grows like crazy. He's currently chunking out. He's still in 12 month clothes to get us through until he can wear his brother's 18 month fall clothes.

Yes - this summer for my LO! She started the summer in shoe size 7's and now is between an 8.5 and 9! That much growth in 2 months! She also shot up too, so we started the summer in 3T pants and now firmly in 4T just a couple months later. This is by far the biggest growth spurt she's had

My son seems to grow fairly steadily with no major spurts. My daughter seems to grow in spurts, but I haven't done a good job of keeping track. She will need a whole new wardrobe this fall/winter for sure.

Yep! She usually has a spring/summer growth spurt. We need to buy new panties, 5t pants, new undershirts, new shirts, and shoes. She's kind of string bean so even though we're going up in sizes because of her height, she is still going to be swimming in her pants at the waist -- wish I had that problem.

Yes! We bought shoes in the spring and they are too small now. I wish they had lasted another month...I hate to buy more sandals now but also don't want to stick her little feet in fall shoes yet either!

We're getting ready to size up for fall/winter clothes for the school year. She's definitely grown but the next size up just seems so big! I'm buying size small in the girls section (size 6). For shoes she's currently wearing 10.5 and we have a few new pairs in this size but any more new shoes will be size 11 to make sure they'll last through the school year

@Andrea: what size shoes is your DD1 wearing now?

Has your LO had a growth spurt lately? I swear both of my kids have grown a ton, especially my (almost) 4 year old, over the past few months! I have to buy all new clothes/shoes in the next size up already for school this year. Thank goodness my younger LO can use her sisters clothes as she grows...for now anyway!
