I said 'uh oh everyone's going to hear you screech when mommy makes you put that back'. I probably shouldn't have said anything. </p> <p>After I was finished paying the lady behind me said 'you're not going to get that for her?'. I said oh she has lots of stuffed animals at home and those beanie babies are expensive. So then the lady starts talking to the cashier and asking her how much they are and they can't be that expensive and that she'll just pay for the little girls toy if her mother doesn't want to. So then I got a little flustered and said no it's fine I'll just get it for her. </p> <p>I should have had more of a backbone but she was making me feel like a terrible mother or I should have just let her pay for it since she thought it was such a big deal. </p> <p>Anyone ever pulled a stunt like this on you, how'd you respond? </p>
