&#60;p&#62;Win: I haven't exercised in 3.5 months due to 2 abdominal surgeries among other things, but I started doing yoga last Friday and have been 4 times already! I was also at the park with my son on Sunday and tried to do a strict pull-up (nope...all gone) but strung together 2 kipping pull-ups. I'm tempted to go back to crossfit but I know I'm getting ahead of myself!&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Loss: none so far! Well, I missed yoga yesterday because my son had a fever so I had to pick him up from daycare...but it was more of a win because we snuggled!

&#60;p&#62;Win: I've been working on getting in better shape for the summer, but I've been stuck on a plateau for about a month and a half - finally managed to climb over that and am down 2lbs in the last two weeks!&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Fail: My favorite group fitness teacher is going to grad school so she's no longer teaching on Thursday nights... it's hard to get up the motivation to go when I don't love the new instructor. *sigh*

<description>&#60;p&#62;WIN: I just realized today that after months struggling with pushups in class, I can now consistently do &#34;real&#34; pushups - even at the end of my workout!  I used to have to go down to my knees when I got tired, but I haven't had to do that lately.  I asked my trainer what was up, and he said that I had probably increased my core strength...  I felt so happy to be making some small progress at the gym!  Sometimes it feels like any progress is all in my imagination.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;FAIL: I've been doing Couch to 5k lately, but my ankles started hurting a lot so I had to stop.  I asked on HB, and the consensus was that I need to get better shoes.  Going to look into getting custom orthotics and then I'll try again.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Any wins or fails to report?
