Same as @hilary: Habits. It's not super flashy, but no limits and tons of metrics, graphs. I enjoy the reminders you can set.

I've used an app literally called Habits and I didn't run into a limit of how many it allowed me to track. I also track things like monthly or weekly cleaning tasks in a different coded color so that I can see if something needs done. It also gives you analytics on your habits like best streak, frequency, etc.

I use Streaks. You can track up to six habits, setting them for whatever interval you want (daily, weekly, etc.). It has an Apple Watch complication I use so I can easily check them off and see my progress.

If you haven’t read Atomic Habits yet, that’s my favorite book about creating and keeping habits! I also really like Mini Habits, which advocates setting the bare minimum threshold to complete a habit, e.g. read for ten minutes or do five pushups. Once you’ve already started, even if you think you feel to bad to do more, it’s easier to keep doing and read for 20 more minutes or whatever.

For most of 2019 I used https://exist.io/. I need to get back in the habit!

I've been using an app called Productive off and on for several years now. You can only track 5 habits for free and you do get some annoying pop ups encouraging you to pay for the full version. But I like how easy it is to set different kinds of goals (e.g. do multiple times a day, do every Tues and Thurs, etc) and I like to see my streaks :)

Do any of you use an app to help you keep track of new habits you are trying to create? There are so many options in the App Store but was hoping maybe someone could recommend one.
