I have to say, I've had AMAZING luck with it. I burn out hairdryers at least once and year and this brand actually lasts with my long thick hair. I have had it for forever...I actually have two now.</p> <p>What I love is the repair policy, mail it in with $20 and they fix any issues! I have had it for probably 16 years. I have curly thick hair that I straighten 3-4 times a week!
