@rachiecakes: I use this hair serum and i do love it, but I def need to upgrade the dryer too! (probably a new curling iron too)... anyway, I heard supersolano is moderately priced for a "pro" dryer... so I might go for that!... #firstworldprobs

@mrsjyw: Someone on here recommended Remington, if you're going to go cheap. I have to say, I've had AMAZING luck with it. I burn out hairdryers at least once and year and this brand actually lasts with my long thick hair. I use a heat protecting serum before drying to keep it shiny & smooth.

I've never pulled the trigger on an expensive one because of my track record with all the others!

I have an Elchim - I want to say it was $100 or $150? I have had it for forever...I actually have two now.

What I love is the repair policy, mail it in with $20 and they fix any issues! I have had it for probably 16 years. I have curly thick hair that I straighten 3-4 times a week! It was recommended by my hairdresser...

I usually air dry overnight or use a cheap-o conair one... I have thick, long hair and it's getting wavier with pp hormones and changes!

Any recs? Looking to cut down on drying time and overall smooth texture!

I found a deal on the Harry Josh pro dryer, but can't pull the trigger! :silly:
