Ouch! Same basic thing happened to me, and it eventually grew back after 3ish months. The skin kind of got tough/deadened so it didn't hurt once the actual injury healed. (I think Bandaids/Neosporin/kisses are all you can do...just watch for infection. And call the ped if you think it's getting worse by tomorrow am.) It's still there, but lots of bleeding :(. I rinsed it and put a band aid on, but he just wants to pick at it! No idea how I can get it to heal. :( </p>
