I haven't bought anything from H&amp;M for ages because they're so big. I think he still wears in the 12-18 month range from there for pants and sweaters but he doesn't have a lot of H&amp;M clothes at the moment so I'm not sure exactly. I'd go into the store with his clothes to check how they measure up, maybe. Hes usually around 90th percentile for height &amp; wears a 4T at Gap &amp; Boden.
