If she's creating ans needs a feed I may only wash the hand I used to wipe her with and apply Vaseline with. I keep a natural hand sanitizer at the changing table but have not yet figured out the best way to get to the sink easily with baby in arms. </p> <p>Do you have a trick where you hold the baby during hand washing or do you place baby down? My son tends to scream after diaper changes so placing him down is hard. I have had the best success handing him off to my husband but I can't always do that. </p>
