I tried a homemade version from a sports bra and it doesn't compare to my Simple Wishes bra.

@charlotte: not sure about homemade, but I originally had the Medela before I switched to simple wishes and I'm so happy I did! It fits so much better and makes pumping wayyyy better. As an exclusive pumper I would say my simple wishes bra is my #2 must have (right after the double electric pump).

I haven't tried homemade. But I love my simple wishes! It zips up the front, so it's easy to put on without totally stripping, which is nice in my office, and I don't feel like I readjust it once I'm going, and if you're planning to pump for long term, it's not really so expensive given how often it will get used!

Anyone tried both and think the simple wishes etc are worth the money? I'm using a homemade version now (cut old bra) and it does the job but I am definitely not comfortable and sometimes have to readjust multiple times. Should I invest in the real kind or are they all kind of awkward ?
