LOVE my PumpEase. I have it in Verry Cherry and I feel so sassy while I pump ;). Recommend a thousand times over!

Simple Wishes... BUT, I found that one of my more structured nursing bras holds the flanges just fine... so, I have been wearing that bra a lot because it means not having to put the SW bra overtop... one less step. Maybe try an underwire nursing bra and see if you can get it to work for you? I'd still use the SW bra if I was walking around and pumping, but at work I'm just at my computer, so I don't need it.

@Tidybee: @MsLipGloss: The medela doesn't adjust. You guess on your size, and it either fits or it doesn't. (For me, it didn't fit quite right.) The Simple Wishes adjusts--the whole back panel has sort of a velcro panel to completely change the fit, which makes a world of difference to me! I also found the Simple Wishes to be just "nicer." Instead of holes for the pump parts, it has flaps, so even sitting at home (and eventually, sitting at work), I feel much less exposed.

As an additional PSA: If you're looking to get two of them, consider ordering one at a time! Mine came with a coupon/offer to get a second one at half price, as well as for discounted Honeysuckle storage bags. (I ordered from Amazon.)

I have the Medela and the zipper tore away in mine and all three of my suster's. luckily she sews and reinforces hers and now I have them :).

I tried the sports bra thing when I left my bra at a friends and it was a nightmare! It's hard to get the hikes in thought spot and it goes over your head!

When I pumped at the hospital, I would prett much always wear a tank and cardigan. I'd pull the tank down, unhook my nursing bra, out the hands-free on, then my cardigan and cover. That way I didn't feel naked (and I wasn't cold).

@coacheswife123: I wear a nursing bra to work, and then unhook both flaps of the nursing bra and put the handsfree bra on over it for each pumping session. The handsfree bra isn't something you'd want to wear all day.

Simple Wishes. I exclusively pumped for a year with the hands free bra, and it was a lifesaver. I've also heard great reviews for the Pump Ease bra too.

I have the medela. I don't love it but I love pumping hands free. I don't know if it is worth switching or if pumping will be easier with The simple wishes bra because it looks exactly the same though...why do you think it's better?
