I use it when I double-pump, mainly at work. I actually prefer not to use it if I'm only pumping one boob (DD only eats one side, so if I'm just pumping enough for a single bottle, I don't need to pump both sides). I find it hard to do breast massage/compressions in the pumping bra and it goes a LOT faster if I do them, so using the pumping bra usually means my session takes 50% longer than if I hold the flange with one hand and massage with the other! Just received my second one from Amazon (for LO due in August) because I can't for the life of me find my original. </p> <p>I E-pumped for my DS first 3 months before he was able to attach properly and a nursing bra was a life saver.
