My arms fell asleep a lot while sleeping due to poor circulation. Chiropractic care, massage, drinking lots of water and magnesium powder helped but it was no fun at the last couple months of pregnancy. I still do occasionally now with LO2, but not nearly as bad. I don't know if it's due to the extra blood circulating or what the deal is, but it's tough once it starts. I'm sitting watching tv, my legs are not crossed and bam my foot/leg are asleep. So frustrating! I find I wake up in the night a lot because my hand or arm has done the same thing. </p>
