Could you ask him when he is doing it if his eyes feel funny/itchy? I do a lot of hard/long blinks when I have dry eyes/when I am tired, I think it’s kind of habitual at this point in my life though. It kind of went away on its own. Nonetheless I am still going to take him to a pediatric eye doctor. The appointment isn’t set for a few months anyway. It seems to come and go for a few weeks at a time. I mentioned it to the doctor about a year ago, and she stated that it was probably just a "tick" and nothing to worry about.</p> <p>He has been doing it more this past week. I can't seem to correlate it to anything... anxiety, excitement, hunger, tiredness, etc.</p> <p>Anyone else experience this? Did it go away on its own? </p>
