Solo parenting at dinner and bedtime just does not get easier...I'm so frazzled by the end of the night. Dd2 ideally wants to be asleep by 7. But it's just not possible when dinner is at 6pm. On the days I run solo I move DD 1 bedtime up to 730 and that's about 30 minutes too early for her. It feels like they both need me at the same time, they are both hungry, tired, I'm tired, and we have to get them and dinner cleaned up and in bed. Phew, I tired myself out just thinking about it! </p>
