We actually find it gives her more freedom than if she held our hands, as she can go where she wants but I have hold of her at all times so I don't panic about her running off. I'd like to think one of us could keep a hand on him at all times, but I really can't say for sure--he's strong and fast, and we'll have luggage and such.... </p>
