No real tips because the hotel was so far away from everything that we just stayed there. I guess one tip is not to leave any food out because the birds will fly in your room and eat it. LOL. All the tours we did were organized through the hotel so I don't know who ran them but we did one that was a drive through the rainforest, lunch, and then went to the hot springs and a garden and that was really neat. I second taking drugs for the drive from the airport. Bumpy and scary!!! The most fun thing we did was zip lining. It was a blast. We stayed at one of the Sandals resorts and visited the other two Sandals on the island. We did a catamaran cruise one day and the scenery was just gorgeous. Do you know which airport you are flying into? There's one very close to the resorts and then one that's farther away and a couple of my co-workers recommended taking motion sickness meds if traveling from that one because the roads are rough and curvy.
