On a plane. I was sitting next to a woman with her 2 kids (3 and 8 or so). During the flight, I watched her order at least 2 mini vodka bottles, and pour them into the toddler's juice. Then she let the older boy play with the bottles while his sister passed out. I ended up telling the flight attendant what was going on, so she didn't get any more. At the end of the flight, the boy asked me a question and I answered shortly because I was so upset about the situation. So when I didn't talk a lot to the kid, the mother said to him "shes just a B".
