I try to make sure I know if anything in my house has it just to be sure when she is around, I have found it in certain multigrain crackers and breads, and of course hummus. They put sesame seeds on most dishes and use sesame oil on a lot of things.</p> <p>I have not dealt with this allergy but we think LO might be sensitive to shell fish.
