But with my second I don't really mind. I guess I wasn't as worried about allergic reactions since we never had any with Wagon Jr., and I never really left her alone with anyone other than my mom, and my mom knows what's up. Sometimes people would let LMW lick things but I was a lot more laid back about it. But if people even mentioned giving Wagon Jr. things to try when he was an infant I FREAKED out. He didn't taste juice, cake, candy, or any kind of sweets until he was almost 2. Except for his first birthday, where we had to force his hand into his smash cake because he didn't understand what it was. Then I had to force his hand into his mouth to taste it.
