We tried breast pump, walking, evening primrose oil, spicy food, acupuncture, etc... I was scheduled for an induction finally but went into labor the day before. Still, I hope it works for you. I felt crampy afterward but it always went away. Starting at 38 weeks I used the pump, walked a ton, bounced on an exercise ball a lot, ate spicy food and tons of pineapple! It totally worked to bring on stronger, more regular contractions and during one of those contractions, I felt DD move down and her head engage and then it was game on.<br /> Pumping/nipple stimulation is one of the more reliable natural induction methods I've heard of and it will work for some women to actually start labor, but you have to do it for long enough periods close together consistently.
