I must say though that as a renter, we have been extremely unimpressed. This is our first time renting outside of a building/development, and we thought it would be a pretty similar experience. Unfortunately, we have gotten terrible service and feel like the PMC does not care about us or the house at all. It's probably just the folks we are working with, but it has left a bad taste in our mouths. It's been great! Our rental is about 16 hous away by car so it's totally worth it for us. I think we pay 10% of our monthly fee for them to do the rental work. I had to manage my parent's properties in college, and it was always a huge headache. Never again. I trust property managers to do their job and make it much easier on the landlord. They will take care of everything.
