No issues with any of the babysitters we hired. </p> <p>I haven't used it since we moved across the country since we have an au pair now. LOVED it. They have video bios of all the sitters so you can view them to get a sense of personality and even show LO first so they familiarize with them.<br /> Not sure what cities they are in but definitely worth a shot. We love it!</p> <p>I've also used care.com and didn't ever really care for it. It seemed like there were tons of candidates and it was hard to vet.</p> <p>On urbansitter it's easy to see reviews, repeat bookings (which honestly are more important to me than reviews), super easy to send messages and book. You can also see who in groups you are in has used. Parents groups, schools, etc.</p> <p>If you want I have a referral code that will give you $35 off.
