Most realize that certain vitamins &amp; minerals can help with cell (muscle) recovery after workouts, I don't see why they could help anytime the body's systems are assaulted... we up Vit D, Vit C, and all kinds of other supplements in times of immunity depletion, figure this is the same kind of thing.</p> <p>I like that she has her study sources with each supplement!
