&#60;p&#62;My feet stayed bigger than pre-kids, but definitely shrunk down a bit. 5 years ago I lost 25 lbs (weight watchers) and my shoe size definitely went down a whole size! I was like, even my feet were fat!!! My ring size went down two sizes. Of course now they're all back up ;)
