I had pretty good skin before pregnancy. Then, all of a sudden, like weeks 11-14, my face exploded! I had several breakouts around my chin and mouth. And they hurt! Starting around 15 weeks they started to clear up and I haven't noticed any new ones recently (knock on wood)

I've dealt with acne and extremely oily skin since my early teenage years but now that I'm pregnant, my skin has cleared up and is not oily anymore...in fact, it's been drier around my cheekbones and eyes since the summer time. Not that I'm complaining or anything because a good moisturizer does the trick! :)

I'm dealing with THE WORST skin during my first pregnancy. It's no longer so bad that my face hurts, but my skin is still gross (at 17 weeks). I can only hope that I'll end up with BETTER skin post pregnancy, haha!

Gosh, I hope my skin clears up when I am pregnant or after having kids! It's been awful since I was a pre-teen! I'm ready for a positive change!

I've had really bad acne since I hit puberty 12.5 years ago, but in my first trimester, my skin really cleared up! the texture even got better & everything - it was heavenly. Now I'm in my second trimester & my skin is getting oilier, so it's not as clear as it was last tri, but it isn't broken out as badly as it always was before the pregnancy.

I started breaking out really bad around my mouth and chin around 12 weeks, and so far its not letting up. I used to have super clear skin.

My skin CLEARED during pregnancy, and it stayed kinda "meh" during the initial breastfeeding/return of fertility period. Now I look like the sad before pictures on Proactiv commercials and I don't know WHY and it's driving me insane. My superficial hope for pregnancy #2 is that my skin will clear again because gosh darn it, people already think I'm a teen mom because I have a young-looking face and the acne is not helping.

My skin didn't change much during pregnancy, but my occasional break outs did go away. Unfortunately afterwards my skin got super dry.

Yeah, I had horrible skin, riddled with breakouts with both my pregnancies. Glow, schmo! It did get better post-baby though.

My skin is awful right now (8.5 wks) especially my forehead. I usually have pretty clear skin, but it's been an oil field and my forehead is covered in little zits. It's kind of a nightly joke for my husband to see the new "friends" I made during the day.

I had the most radiant skin eveR while I was pregnant. Skin's still nice post baby, but I haven't been very good with skincare.. sometimes I don't moisturize before going to bed or in the am, etc.

Did anyone notice a change in their complexion during and after pregnancy?

Before getting pregnant I was prone to occasional break outs. While I was pregnant I had very oily skin and a redness around my nose and t-zones. I have to say after having the baby, I noticed an improvement in my skin.

Overall, I feel I have a healthier glow and haven't really broken out post-baby. Anyone else notice anything different in their skin?
