It was rare for the dancers to be sober (most commonly alcohol, but pot and coke were also prevalent). I myself had a good old-fashioned drinking problem because we all went out after work every night. One of the restaurants the chefs were usually stoned their whole shift and then a lot of the waiters would do some worse drugs in the parking lot after work. </p> <p>Then at the golf club two of the managers had big drinking problems and would alternate being in jail due to a # of DUIs and they'd let the underage cart boys sneak in to the club house and get beer and liquor. I never let it happen when it was just me there since they were like 16 and trying to drink right before they drove home but I always cringed when I didn't have a say.</p> <p>I worry a bit about LO when she goes to work since a lot of my early jobs were very drug filled (I didn't participate but a lot of my friends at those jobs did). Any drug problems at places you worked? </p>
