Ok...then it's not just my LO eating a ton!! :) We thought it was because she sees us wolf down our food that she was just copying us. I was concerned!
@Mrs. Jacks: Haha!! That's a lot of food.

Lala never eats much, but her (big) buddy ate 4 eggs one day. That night his belly button turned to an outie for a little while. I was seriously worried about him!

yes, all the time! Sometimes his portions are even bigger than mine. It's crazy. Oh and at his 2nd birthday party he ate 4 hot dogs. I don't think I've ever eaten 4!

@looch: RJ does this too!! So annoying.

All the time. I make portions for my son and think, oh I'll have to toss half of this, but he eats it all. He always grimaces at the first bite, but then he chows.

We used to have to be careful because lo had reflux and if we fed her too much she'd have a huge spit up. But she never eats a lot of solids so no worries there.

OMG yes. Almost every night. I usually fill up his plate thinking "Oh, he won't finish this but I'll just fill it up anyway." and he usually ends up eating the whole thing. And then 10 minutes later, he crawls on my lap and wants to eat what I'm eating. Then he wants some apples for dessert. I always think "Where does all that food go? He's so little!" I'm always worried that he's gonna throw up or that I'm over feeding him. I guess it's better to have this problem than to have a child who doesn't eat at all.

Charlie did tonight. It's extremely rare that he eats so much, but he's been so excited to eat with his chopsticks! He had a big bowl of sullungtang (a Korean beef soup) and rice + seaweed. Can you tell we eat almost all Korean food?

Anyway he ate so much, and he has a cough, so I was afraid he'd throw up (since he's a big throw upper as well).

Has your LO ever eaten that much you've been amazed?
