<description>&#60;p&#62;Mine did when when we went to the pool a lot this summer.  I left her in a wet bathing suit too long.  It took me awhile to figure out what it was and why the diaper rash wasn't going away but then I just used some OTC yeast infection cream and it went away within a week. The redness started going away pretty quick but I kept putting the cream on after that for a bit to make sure it was really gone.
