We don't make them often. LO has had them once and she loved it, but she loves anything with cheese. She was picking the beans off.

we make it for a meal about once a month and let LO have some. I feel that it's not particularly unhealthy - beans, cheese, avocado, sour cream, chicken/beef... He will only end up eating a couple chips anyway, and we buy the blue corn chips so they're a little healthier than flour chips.

We love nachos in our house. We usually make it with lots of cheese, black beans, pulled pork or chicken and peppers and onions. But we only make it on weekends now, during naptime, because I'm stingy and don't want to share with our lo. I also feel like it's not really a healthy meal so we shouldn't let her know that we make this as a meal... haha!!

Do you make nachos for a meal and give it to your lo?
