In the kitchen are his bottles, spoons, bowls, baby bullet, and exersaucer.</p> <p>In the dining room is his high chair. In the bathroom is his soap, washcloth and towel... oh and his cloth diapers hanging on the shower rod! In the laundry closet is his own special detergent. Of course his room is full of his stuff!</p> <p>Our room has random pieces of his clothing and toys... can't tell you how many times I get into bed and lay on his toys! lol And in our office he has another play mat and toys.</p> <p>Good grief!! lol</p> <p>We have a coffee table and usually move it to the side of the room against the fireplace when he is playing on the floor. </p> https://boards.hellobee.com/topic/has-your-lo-taken-over-your-living-room#post-285435 Thu, 06 Sep 2012 23:48:42 +0000 red_seattle 285435@https://boards.hellobee.com/ <p>Well, Baby X is only 10 months (so he hasn't accumulated that much stuff, really), but so far we've managed to keep the living room as a very adult place-- at least at first glance. We just moved, so we're slowly childproofing in there, so you can tell we have a kid by that. And we'll put pictures of him up soon enough too. But in terms of toys and other kid stuff-- nope. At bed time we clean up and everything goes to his room. Since then, we've gotten rid of all of our furniture and replaced it all with kid-friendly stuff. Aside from the TV/media center and the treadmill (which, sadly, has become a stand upon which to place my diaper bag and LO's bouncer), everything else is LO-related. We even got rid of our coffee table so we could put down an extra playmat for LO to play on. I love it, though!! It's a constant reminder that we have a BABY, and I love looking at how she's completely taken over our lives! </p>
