DS also has one of the chilliest rooms in our house as well. In the summer it's great, because it's on the North side of our house and the windows are shaded by trees, so it stays cooler in the heat. In the winter we keep the temp at 70, but we also have an electric infared heater that we keep in the hallway and point into DS's room at night time. We also keep him in footed, fleece sleepers most of the year. We've never used sleep sacks and the sleepers seem to keep him warm enough. So far, we haven't had any cold little feet!

my LO's feet are usually on the warm, sweaty side because she does wear a sleep sack.

He always has cold feet, but this child DOES NOT WANT TO HAVE SOCKS ON. So he's fine with it I guess

I felt SO bad this morning! LO crawled over to our room and when I picked her up, her feet were cold!
The heat was set at 72, but her room is the chilliest. :(
I think I need to get a lightweight sleep sack pronto!
