I am having my anatomy scan at 22 weeks this time as it was the only way for him to be there. I scheduled the anatomy scan for 8am hoping he could just go into work a little late (and stay late to make up the hrs), but he ended up with an early morning meeting he couldn't miss. With my first pregnancy (loss), he came to the first ultrasound. I just had a routine appointment today and he didn't come. It was a very short appointment and nothing exciting happened (except the early glucose test which isn't very exciting anyway).</p> <p>Last time, I had lots of ultrasounds because of GD and he came to most of them, but if he didn't, my mom/sister came with me. My OB is close to my office (rather than near our home), since I like being able to go to appointments on my lunch break (especially during the first months before the announcements).
