@MrsH: Here are my actual levels since right before BFP up until last week. I get them checked every month since BFP (My PCP did my thyroid panel in Feb and only checked Total T3/T4, which is why Free T4 is not included in that date. My endo always does the full panel, but doesn't always check Free T3 in addition to TSH and Free T4).

Date Standard Range
Free T4 Thyroid Stimulating Hormone
0.61 - 1.12 ng/dL 0.34 - 5.60 uIU/mL

2/14/13 1.18TSH
3/26/13 1.17 H 1.42
4/26/13 1.02 0.38
5/25/13 0.92 0.91
6/26/13 1.04 0.62
7/24/13 0.88 0.83

I was on 75mcg levothyroxine before BFP. On 3/26 she changed my dose slightly to 75mcg Mon-Thurs and 112.5 mcg Fri-Sun. On 5/26 they changed my dose again from the 112.5 mcg Fri-Sun to 150mcg Fri-Sun and the rest of the week remained at 75mcg. I've been feeling sluggish lately so I thought for sure they would alter my dose again, but said my levels looked fine last week. It seems to be around the start of each tri that mine have been increasing, so we will see what August brings. Hope that helps.

(I couldn't format my results correctly. The first number by each date is Free T4, the second is TSH, except 2/14 which is only TSH. The top values are my labs reference range).

ETA: These are the ranges listed online for TSH per trimester, however my endo wanted/wants my optimum to be around 1.0 prior to and throughout pregnancy.

First Trimester: 0.24 - 2.99
Second Trimester: .46-2.95
Third Trimester: .43 - 2.78

I got them as soon as I knew I was pregnant, then maybe four weeks later, then four weeks later and after that I went for a few months before my next check. My endo told me the first tri was the most important because at a certain point (maybe like 10 weeksish? not sure) the baby has his or her own thyroid/hormones, but before that s/he depends on you so you need to make sure your meds are dosed correctly.

PS I'm not gluten free but I'm fine :D

@Mrs.Someone: I've been GF for eight years. I also have some other autoimmune issues :(

I called and they are going to test me early. We shall see what the tests say.

Holding on to this thread for the future! I only know about pre-pregnancy. My doctor said that being gluten-free is vital for Hashi's, to help reduce inflammation in the body. She also had me tested for other allergies (antibodies) and is having me reduce my intake of those. I also have a 2nd autoimmune issue though, so my case may be a little more severe than yours.

I don't have Hashi's but I have Graves' (was euthyroid before I got pregnant). My endo is having me get blood work done once a month to monitor my levels. I think at 15 weeks you are supposed to be getting over the exhaustion of the first tri so if I were you, I'd get checked this week just to be sure that your levels are in range. If so, then it's probably just a pregnancy symptom. But you are right to want to stay on top of it!!

How often did your thyroid levels get checked during pregnancy? anyone mind telling me how much your levels changed while pregnant?

Mine we just checked because I got switched to different meds (my levels were in the normal range but higher than several months ago) but I'm so tired I feel like I'm back in 2003 before I got on meds at all. I'm 15 weeks pregnant and just wondering if I should try and get them checked again this week (the next scheduled check is at the end of August) or if this is just normal pregnancy tiredness.
