I still go to bed around midnight, but now I get up at 7:30 rather than 9. I do manage a late morning nap a couple times a week.

I haven't slept past 7 since my daughter was born 18 months ago. We even went on vacation without my daughter for a few days and I still woke up early because the body is just used to it. Bummer!

I'm a night owl as well and most nights I try to sleep by midnight-1am. My LO usually wakes up between 6:30-7am so I end up getting about 6 hrs on average. On rare nights when I fall asleep around 10pm, I wake up at 4am and can't go back to sleep....so annoying.

Husband and I could sleep until noon if we had the opportunity. Having a baby has definitely made us into early worms. We're still night owls too though. I try to get to bed before midnight so I get a good 6-8 solid hours of sleep.

It seems like our kiddo is destined to be a night owl. She usually goes down late (sometimes not until 1am!) and wakes up for the day around 11 or noon. Which is awesome, since that's my schedule of choice too!

I usually wake up 3 mins before Mavi does. Call it the mommy clock but it never fails. I was more of a night owl, but clearly that has changed!

Absolutely!!! Even on mornings when Rob Sr. specifically tells me he wants to treat me by letting me sleep in, I'm still downstairs by 9:30am at the very latest. This would have been unheard of before baby... I'm like you guys, 3am would be a good bedtime for me and I could sleep til 2pm if no one woke me up. But now, especially now that I'm back at work, I start to crash SERIOUSLY early (think 8pm) but we generally go to bed around 11 or 11:30. We try to go upstairs by 10:30 so we can sleep by 11.

Mr. Bee and I have always been night owls. A 3am bedtime is just about right for us. But now that we're parents we have to go to bed early. I try to go to sleep by midnight every night -- it's been easier lately because I'm so darn tired from being pregnant.

Mr. Bee wakes up with Charlie so I can usually sleep til 7:30am every morning if Charlie wakes up early. :)

What time do you go to bed and wake up? Have you become an early bird out of necessity?
