I took a 45 minute walk with the puppy. I ate healthfully (so far). I answered some emails at work. I made inroads on a couple of work contacts/networking. She came and spent time with LO this morning so I could go get a haircut and get chores done when I got home. I was able to do laundry, clean the kitchen and clean up the house.
