Super love it b/c I'm such a carnivore! :P I actually spent almost a month in the southern part of Brazil and didn't want to leave b/c it was just so good! Well, I had other reasons of being there but the bbq there is JUST SO GOOD! They had fried polenta (like fries) there but I haven't been able to find it in the two restaurants that I went to in the DC Area. And the cheese bread... so yum! I also love their papaya cream dessert. There's liquor in there in case you want to try it. Oh, and you can tell them how you want your meat to be cooked. They either slice it from a different one or come back with how you like it. At least the ones I've been to in the states. Oh, and try their Guarana soda. It's kind of like gingerale but it's made with a type of coffee bean (guarana).
