I did! I had a huge dip after my monthlong bout of mastitis when DD was 4 months old. It took a lot of MMT and MMP plus oatmeal like I've never eaten oatmeal before to bring it back. I was sooooo relieved when it came back!!!

I'm just coming back from a supply dip after a stomach bug, too! I was so worried there for a while. Along with not eating and being so dehydrated I also ended up in meetings for two days after I started feeling better so I couldn't pump as long as I normally would.
One week and some Mother's Milk Plus tea later and I'm back to normal.

YAY! So glad it came back up for you!

I'm stuck in progressive supply dip hell.

Mine is always going up and down. Usually Mondays are very low and by Friday they're flowing like waterfalls. I think it's because I take the weekends off. :)

I've been stressing out all week because after I had the stomach bug last week, my supply dropped and I've been pumping very little. Just today I pumped 4oz in one session and 5oz in my second session! That's enough for 2+ bottles!! I was starting to think we were going to have to go to whole milk sooner rather than later. PHEW! The girls are coming back!

Have you come back from a supply dip(s)?
