A friend of mine also did the Blueprint Cleanse that @kml636 mentioned, just before her wedding. She really liked it!

I've never done a liquids-only cleanse or detox, but I did the "Whole 30" and had great results (it's basically just eating whole, organic, unprocessed foods, and avoiding grains/dairy/sugar/soy).

I did the Wild Rose 12-day cleanse many years ago and I liked it. You take supplements and you can eat as much as you want while following a do-not-eat guide (basically no processed foods, gluten or sugar).

I did blueprint cleanse. It's 5 juices a day. I absolutely LOVED the way it made me feel. Even though it didn't result in permanent weight loss, it's like a little extra boost. If it wasn't so expensive I would do it every so often.

I don't believe in any of the liquid detoxes, but if not eating is not an option, I'd just eat 100% whole, unprocessed foods. Things that are easily digestible and will still provide your body the nutrients it needs. The body does an excellent job of cleaning itself out and regulating itself, but if you put whole foods and high quality things into it, it won't have to work EXTRA hard to process the junk. If that makes sense.

Hi ladies! So someone suggested to me to do a "detox" while I'm starting with my new healthy ways. I was in the best shape of my life before I got pregnant and now I feel like I'm back where I was before I started working out.

Has anyone done a detox? If you have what did you do? Would you suggest it? Skipping food for a day for me is N O T an option, this homegirl has to eat! ;-)
