Nope. We built it so everything was done. We've done outside stuff like a patio, fence, and gardens and then inside just decorating!

Considering we bought a new house I would say... Sort of. We've painted, added a deck, changed out most light fixtures, landscaped...

A. Lot.

We gutted the kitchen completely, demoed 2 kitchen walls to create an open concept.changed all the flooring in the house. Painted everyone wall. Re-doing the fireplace. Changed all exterior doors. Gutted the family room completely.

Eventually few years down the line we want to gut the 2 full baths. Next year will be a fence around the whole property and hopefully a deck and fire pit, depends on finances.

Not any major projects. Just minor facelift stuff. I would love to gut the whole entire kitchen but probably not going to happen!

I would say yes. We live downtown in a major city, so it's a condo rather than a house. We've gutted and redone the kitchen, put down hardwood floors in the main area and new carpet in the bedroom, and redone the bathroom. It's only a one-bedroom, so that's pretty much the whole unit.

We haven't. We moved in about two years ago, and the house needed a little bit here and there, we repainted, etc. But for the most part we didn't have to do anything major. Except for the new roof. The bathrooms are all pretty new and the kitchen is old, but livable. I don't like modern things so it works for me.

Now that we have a new baby on the way we're going to be doing some construction to our guest room to make it livable for LO to move in there. There are double doors right by our living room and it would be way too loud at night for her to sleep like that, so we're switching the closet with the door to give a sound buffer.
