I definitely have. LO sometimes gets really excited to eat his solids and leans forward as I'm putting the spoon in his mouth. It goes waaay too far in and he starts gagging. I think my son has a really sensitive gag reflex. I always squirt a little at a time in his cheek but sometimes he still gets strangled. It just happened with gripe water and he threw up :( I feel so bad. ! </p> <p>On the plus side .... His hiccups are gone now :/ </p>
