I also had a bad experience white water rafting in New Zealand.... Almost drowned but was rescued by our guide. Unfortunately till this day I still have a tough time in deep water, and I can't just jump in... I was a confident winter driver before but after that I get major anxiety when it snows. I refuse to drive and I get bad anxiety when DH drives even though he's an excellent driver.</p> <p>Luckily you only get your wisdom teeth out once or I wouldn't be doing that again. I was traumatized by that minor surgery!
