The cops surrounded the house where the party was, rounded everyone up and put them in jail cells. The dean had to send vans to the police station to go pick everyone up. It was pretty ridiculous because we were all in slutty costumes and posing for pictures behind bars... no one took it seriously, and nothing came of it.</p> <p>The funny thing is, DH was at his college in another state and also got put in protective custody for underage drinking on the same night. I was parked at a normal meter and when I got up to leave the next day my car wasnt where I left it and there were "No Parking" signs on the meters. I assumed the worst, that my car was stolen, so after calling my parents we called the cops. they came too a report and had me get in the back of the cop car in front of my dorm (it was mortifying) and we drove like 6 blocks and there was my car in front of one of the frat houses with a note from the PPA that it was "relocated." They just up and moved my car in the middle of the night, it was crazy! I was renting a garage apartment for a couple of months after college and woke up one night to a crazy bright light being shined in at me in bed and police on the bullhorn telling me I was surrounded and to come out with my hands up or they were sending in the dogs!!! I had a little min-pin puppy at the time and was freaking out that they were going to send in dogs and kill my puppy! I was in such a panic and not lucid, having been woken up. I finally made it to the door and opened it and they come rushing in to find someone who clearly wasn't there. Turns out, I knew one of the officers, oddly enough (it was not a small town), so they never got as far as cuffing me. In college, my boyfriend at the time and I drove down to Disneyland and arrived at 4 am. Our hotel room wouldn't be ready for check in until that afternoon so we parked in the parking lot and tried to catch a few hours of shut eye before spending the day at the park.</p> <p>At about 5:30 am, we awoke to find our car surrounded by cops with billy clubs and flashlights. We were arrested for trespassing and toyed with the idea of not saying anything... But after all I their over the top ridiculousness, I simply said, "you know we are hotel guests, right?"</p> <p>Once they confirmed that we were indeed guests for that day, they quickly released us. </p> <p>The boyfriend at the time had the foresight to say, "um, so if you aren't going to be using those mugshots, we'd really like to have them". Campus police gave us a lift.</p> <p>Second time was senior year when my friend and I *lost* her car downtown after partying. The car was towed. The cop took us and some of her church friends we ran into to their vehicle. That was nice because we (me) were in no condition to walk. Avoided the drunk tank yay!</p> <p>Ever seen Parking Wars Philly edition?
