They were going to cut me back to a part-time position on weekends so I walked out as they gave me 4 days notice of when this would be taking place. Best decision of my life as that boss was HORRIBLE and I had been wanting to quit for some time but the next six weeks were pretty stressful until I found a new full-time job! I confronted her about it and she acted innocent and said "Oh, just let me know when you want to come in" And I replied "I guess I don't want to at all then!" and I never came back. I didn't really need the job, it was just fun to hang out with other people my age. It was my first time ever being late, but on our shift calendar my boss had scratched out the rest of my shifts. I noticed the calendar while I was getting ready in the back, and I just slipped out and never went back.
