I had one on my foot after I had surgery, and I hated it with a passion. I guess because your foot is all bones, so it was not comfortable or relaxing. My sister uses one on her back sometimes, so she likes it!

Agreeing with PP. Feels kind of weird, and depending on location, it's a mix of ticklish and slight discomfort depending on how high the setting is. But afterwards, the relaxed muscle feels awesome! No pain, no gain right?

Yes, I used one during labour. It's an intense pulsing, tingling sensation. Helped take the edge off the pain for a bit. Still couldn't sleep through the contractions though!

My husband had access to one when he worked for the baseball team in college, and he LOVED it. He has a herniated disc and some other issues, and it apparently helped a lot with the associates pain.

I have when I saw a physio for a back injury. It felt funny (having the muscles contract) but it definitely helped

We have one and use it whenever one of us throws our back out. It feels wierd during, but relaxing afterwards. Nothing uncomfortable or painful. It just feels like your muscle is kind of contracting.

Just curious. It's part of a procedure I'm doing in June and am curious how you felt during /after.
