He asked my parents for my hand in marriage when I was a freshman in college, then was flabbergasted when they said no. (They couldn't stand him.). One of our biggest fights was over a coat. My parents bought me a really nice winter coat that was pretty expensive. He demanded that I take it back because he didn't know that he would ever be able to provide material goods that cost that much, and I needed to get used to living more frugally. I found lots of awful things he'd said about me, some really graphic texts to a few different girls. I had a couple drinks and threw every article of clothing he had out on my lawn, emptied all his boxes into his truck, stripped him, locked him out of the bedroom and he had no clothes to put on. When he woke up we got into a huge loud fight but I kicked him out and changed my locks! Then I later found out that he was cheating on me IN MY HOUSE with a mutual friend, along with girls that I didn't know while I was at work. Crazy ex boyfriend told me he loved me within 2 weeks of meeting, bought me lots of jewelry then put me in the shower fully dressed after I had 3 drinks (on my 21st bday!!!) He'd gotten us an apartment (told the landlord I couldn't sign bc I was at work, had gotten my SSN from my file cabinet) then when we shortly after broke up he stopped paying rent and I had to fight the landlord bc he tried saying that I owed him the $$. I had access to his gmail account and read the chat conversations and it went way too far. I confronted my "friend" about it and she confessed to developing feelings for him. He denied it. But I broke up with him anyway (long overdue- he'd cheated before) anddddd two days later they were together. 6 months later they were married.
